Important Update: Spring 2026 Prerequisite Enforcement

Students will only be able to self-register for a class if all listed prerequisites have been completed or are currently in progress. Please be sure to verify your plan during the advising period to ensure you are meeting any prerequisites on courses you intend on registering for.
If you believe you meet a prerequisite through other coursework or need an override, please contact the department offering the course.

Unresolved financial aid issues, such as missing documents or IRS tax transcripts, will prohibit registration. All summer and fall balances must be paid in full in order to be cleared for spring study abroad programs. You can review and pay student accounts in the  ("My Bill"). (Students may also grant access to a parent or other third party by selecting the "Authorize Payers" link within My Bill.) If you still have items listed in the credits pending section of your current bill, please contact Student Services to see if there are any actions needed on your part to get the funds posted to your account prior to November 1.
Please also note that spring semester charges will be added to your account on approximately October 29. These charges will not be due until December 9 (for Undergrad and Law) and January 16 (for Woods and Grad students). However, any unpaid balance prior to these charges being applied to your account will result in a registration hold.
